Why preparation helps
A short strategy call is most useful when we can talk about your real situation. A few minutes of preparation lets us skip the basics and get to recommendations.
Bring these five things
First, your goal in one sentence, such as 'book more qualified calls' or 'stop losing orders at busy times'. Second, where leads or orders come from today. Third, the tools you already use. Fourth, what has not worked so far. Fifth, a rough sense of timing and budget, even if it is a range.
What you will leave with
You should leave with a clear view of what to fix first, which parts can be automated, and a suggested approach with rough timing. There is no pressure to commit on the call.
